Any Time, but Splash Your Cash
If it's books you're after, there aren't that many to choose from and they're all quite expensive over here (UK).
I have Infant Potty Training by Laurie Boucke (see Amazon).
It has so much more information that simply how to go about it. Whole chapters devoted to cultures where this is part of normal every day life. Fascinating stuff.
There are two other books that get mentioned a lot (neither of which I've read): The Diaper-free Baby by Christine Gros-Loh (Amazon) and Diaper Free by Ingrid Bauer (Amazon).
You Can't Beat Seeing It in Action
If you're of a social disposition, you can't do better than finding someone to talk to who already has some experience.
Have a look at the In Real Life page for ideas on how to locate a future friend somewhere near you.
Failing that, join the forum and tap into a whole network of varied experiences without having to leave the sofa or even reveal your real name.
